The registration fee includes lunch on working days of the conference, coffee breaks, the conference Gala dinner, and documentation (proceedings, etc.). However, it does not include accommodation or transportation. Extra papers, extra pages, escorts, additional copies of documentation and social program are optional items.
Postgraduate students must provide proof of their status with a copy of their student card sent with the registration form.
Every paper must have at least one author registered. Other co-authors of the same paper wishing to attend the conference should register separately and pay the applicable registration fee. Author registration is non-refundable. Author of multiple papers: If you have an additional paper accepted for the conference, you must add the applicable amount for each additional paper.
CALCULATE YOUR REGISTRATION FEES
Choose the registration fee according to your category (see table above) If your paper has additional pages (more than 8 pages) then add 20 Euros (250 Dhs) for each page (Max 2 extra pages allowed – Total of 10 pages). If you have an additional paper accepted for the conference, you must add the applicable amount for each additional paper.
WHAT TO SEND
Once the bank transfer done, please send an email to ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) a scanned copy of your payment (mentionning your full name and the paper ID(s)) a scanned copy of your student ID – only for students. Completed registration form (pdf) (All in zipped file named with your paper ID)
