Prospective authors are encouraged to submit papers for evaluation by the Program Committee.
All papers must follow the formatting rules for Springer Proceedings. Please download a Word Template or Latex Package to edit your paper.
The version of papers for evaluation by the Program Committee, saved in PDF format, must not include identification, e-mail and affiliation of the authors.
This information must only be available in the camera-ready version of accepted papers, saved in Word or Latex format and also in PDF format.
These files must be accompanied by the Consent to Publish form filled out, in a ZIP file, and uploaded at the conference management system.

All submitted papers will be subjected to a double-blind review by at least two members of the Program Committee.
The papers should clearly indicate the aims and conclusions of the work to be described in the final paper.
Based on Program Committee evaluation, a paper can be accepted or rejected by the Conference Chairs. In the later case,
it can be accepted as the type originally submitted or as another type. Thus, full papers can be accepted as short papers or poster papers only. Similarly,
short papers can be accepted as poster papers only. In these cases,
the authors will be allowed to maintain the original number of pages in the camera-ready version.
The authors of accepted poster papers must also build and print a poster to be exhibited during the Conference. This poster must follow an A1 or A2 vertical format. The Conference can includes Work Sessions where these posters are presented and orally discussed, with a 5 minute limit per poster.

STEPS TO SUBMIT YOUR PAPER
- Step 1: Creating an OpenReview Account: (If you already have an OpenReview account from a previous conference,
use your existing account for this conference, skip this step and start from.
- Step 2). Go to the OpenReview Abstract submission page, you should register first just click at the sign up for an account
link at the login page and fill in the form. The system will send you an e-mail with the instructions how to finish the registration.
- Step 3: Go to the OpenReview intelsyst2026 submission page
- Step 4: Enter your OpenReview username and password and log in Step 4: Click NEW SUBMISSION at the top of the page
- Step 5: By following the instructions fill in the form, and then submit NOTE: After submitting your paper successfully,
you should receive an e-mail from OpenReview that you have successfully submitted your abstract by copy/paste.
- NOTE:
Some mails servers at universities filter out the automatic e-mails send by the OpenReview system.
In case you do not receive an e-mail from OpenReview (it may take some time), try to find it in junk e-mails.
Sometimes this does not help and it is necessary to use another e-mail address.
(According to our experience, gmail, yahoo, hotmail, outlook and etc. addresses work well.)
TYPES OF CONTRIBUTION & PRESENTATION
You can present your presentations/ papers in two modalities: in person (either oral or poster presentation). Please, specify the type of your contribution as the "Category" when submitting the abstract via OpenReview system. The Programme Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method. Attending in person .
- Oral presentation:Each presentation will last 15 minutes and will be presented in parallel thematic sessions.
You will be informed of your session reference and the time of your presentation before the conference. Attending in person.
- Poster presentation:Your poster will be exhibited during the conference poster session.
Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for authors to display the results and conclusions of their papers.
Authors are invited to present their works face to face to individuals and small groups.
- Papers submitted via the Electronic Submission System will be peer reviewed by at least two reviewers.
Upon reviewers comments and acceptance, please revise your paper accordingly and using the template that will be provided until march 30th. You may then proceed with the upload of camera ready version
The authors of the paper will take responsibility for any Intellectual Property issues concerning the papers on their own. The organizing Committees reserves the right to use the papers for conference purposes.

Reviewing Process
- All submissions undergo blind peer review and must demonstrate novelty.
- The corresponding author ensures co-author approval and submission responsibility.
- Review comments will be sent; revisions must be submitted before the deadline.
Plagiarism Policy
Content must be original. Simultaneous submission to other venues is prohibited.
Reuse of previous work is permitted only with full citation and identification of the new contributions of the submission.

the potential of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies AI Tools, when used responsibly, to help researchers work efficiently, gain critical insights fast and achieve better outcomes. Increasingly, these tools, including AI agents and deep research tools, are helping researchers to synthesize complex literature, provide an overview of a field or research question, identify research gaps, generate ideas and provide tailored support for tasks such as content organization and improving language and readability.
Authors preparing a manuscript for an INTELSYST 2026 Conference can use AI Tools to support them. However,
these tools must never be used as a substitute for human critical thinking, expertise and evaluation.
AI Tools should always be applied with human oversight and control.
Ultimately, authors are responsible and accountable for the contents of their work. This includes accountability for:
- Carefully reviewing and verifying the accuracy, comprehensiveness, and impartiality of all AI-generated output
(including checking the sources, as AI-generated references can be incorrect or fabricated).
- Editing and adapting all material thoroughly to ensure the manuscript represents the authors authentic and
original contribution and reflects their own analysis, interpretation, insights and ideas.
- Ensuring the use of any tools or sources, AI-based or otherwise, is made clear and transparent to readers for
the use of AI Tools we require a disclosure statement upon submission.
- Ensuring the manuscript is developed in a way that safeguards data privacy, intellectual property and other rights,
by checking the terms and conditions of any AI Tool that is used.
Responsible use of AI Tools
Authors must check the terms and conditions of any AI Tool that they use to ensure that the privacy
and confidentiality of their data and inputs, including their unpublished manuscripts, is maintained.
Particular care should be taken with any personally identifiable data. Images that duplicate or
refer to existing copyrighted images, real people, or others identifiable products or brands must not
be generated, nor any likeness of an individuals voice. Authors should check for factual errors and for any potential bias.
Authors should also check the terms and conditions of any AI Tool they wish to use to ensure that,
they only grant to the AI Tool the right to use their materials to provide the service to them and
that they do not grant to the AI Tool any other rights to the materials that they input into the AI Tool
(including without limitation the right to train the AI Tool on those materials). They must also ensure that
the AI Tool does not impose constraints on the use of outputs from the AI Tool in a way that could restrict the subsequent publication of the relevant article.
